This property is comprised of two commercial pad sites in front of the newly developed Dollar Tree distribution center on Spur 10. The pad sites contain 23.776 acres and 23.783 acres for a total of 47.559 acres. The pad sites can be purchased in their entirety of the owner will consider a division into smaller parcels. The pad sites are served with both public water and sewer services. As part of the Dollar Tree project all detention was constructed at the rear of these pad sites and the land has been built-up with the fill from the detention ponds.
