Steven J. Bilicek, ALC has been in the real estate business for 29 years and he has owned and operated his own business, Texas Ag Realty, LLC for nearly 25 years. Mr. Bilicek is an Accredited Land Consultant with the ALC designation awarded by the Realtors Land Institute and a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is on the board of directors for the Texas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. He holds a Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, and an Associates Arts Degree in Agriculture. He is a state certified general real estate appraiser and he also holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Bilicek has provided brokerage and consulting services on a wide variety of agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties. He has assisted buyers and sellers with the marketing and purchase of farms, ranches, hunting properties, country estates, transitional land, development property, commercial land, and industrial land throughout Texas. He has also consulted and assisted buyers and sellers on farms and ranches in New Mexico, Louisiana, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Montana. Mr. Bilicek is a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Texas Land Brokers Network, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, the Houston Safari Club, and the Dallas Safari Club.
