Water: The city of Bronte owns the water rights under this land and has three wells operating on it. The owner at the ranch has a water tap on one of the wells. The right to use 182,500 gallons of water per year is granted by the city of Bronte Texas. The city of Bronte may at its discretion allow the owner of this property to drill a water well.
Improvements: The 198.2 acres is fenced on its perimeter. There are no other improvements to the property.
Recreation: There is whitetail deer, turkey, dove, possible quail and hogs on the ranch. Three top grade hunting blinds and feeders will stay with the property. The ranch is adjacent to Oak Creek Lake, a very popular fishing and water recreational lake. When at full capacity Oak Creek Lake backs up to the ranch.
