Tract 3 is located along Marcotte Road adjacent to the City of Kankakee, IL and directly east of the Wal Mart shopping center. Tract 4: 20.00 +/- surveyed acres. The weighted soil PI is 106.1. Predominant soil types include Rockton silt loam and Plattville silt loam. Tract 4 is located adjacent to the City of Kankakee, IL and directly east of the Walmart shopping center. Tract 5: 20.00 +/- surveyed acres. The weighted soil PI is 114.3. Predominant soil types include Plattville silt loam, Rockton silt loam, Talmadge sandy loam, and Gilford fine sandy loam. Tract 5 is located southeast of the Wal Mart shopping center, east of Tractor Supply Company, and Interstate - 57 is directly to the south of the 20 +/- acre parcel.
