Just off of Highway 70, turning on to County Road C sits 538.07 acres. This lies to the North of County Road C and starts just about 400 feet West of Highway 70. There is about 314.29 acres plus or minus dryland cropland. There is an additional 223.78 acres of pasture on the South and West sides of the property. There is a lot of mesquite and natural cover, most of it making it a great hunting location. There is a small house next to County Road 3 on the North end. The cropland can be sold separately from the pasture. Again, this is an excellent hunting spot. White tail, mule deer, turkeys, quail, and dove are all abundant with feeders out.
To get to the property take 287 to East side of Clarendon. Turn Southward, go approx. 17 miles. Sign to the property is on the west side of the road.
