Walker Cutting Horses is a performance horse facility with a custom-designed 6-stall horse barn, several large paddocks with shelters, an automatic gated entry and a private well.
Land
The 10 acres of sandy loam soil has been well cared for and is lush with Coastal Bermuda grass. The mostly level parcel is well suited for constructing a home to go along with the barn apartment.
Improvements
The newly completed horse barn has 6 stalls, a wash rack, and an office/apartment surrounded by soaring walls with windows for natural light. Each stall is built with safety and comfort in mind and includes an automatic water and fan. The full-height, wood walls on the back and each side are milled locally from upcycled utility poles and provide a durable, pest-resistant product that looks great! One-piece feeders are mounted below the feed windows, making daily chores a breeze, and all of the stall walls are set on a concrete footing, providing a life-long base for these top-quality accommodations. The 5 outdoor paddocks each have shelters and water lines and the fences and gates are second to none.
