Crosson Broiler Farm

Crosson Broiler Farm is a 4-house broiler farm for sale outside Boaz, Alabama.  Located on approximately 15 acres, the 40x500 houses were built in 1994. The farm was most recently contracted with Pilgrim's Guntersville.  There will be upgrades needed to put the farm back in production, but the houses should be good for growing for a number of years more. There's a large stackshed on the property, along with a septic and utilities where there is currently a non-habitable mobile home on the property.
