Reese was born and raised between the banks of the Arkansas River and the Ozark Mountains, where his passion for the outdoors and wildlife began. This passion grew into a unique skill set that led him to be one of the youngest Wildlife Biology interns to ever be hired by the Forest Service Program out of Arkansas Tech University. It took only a few trips to see his family in Colorado before he fell in love with the mountains out West, and this love ultimately led him to relocate to the Rockies in 2014.
Reese strives to earn his clients’ business by putting in the work. His unique skill set and relentless drive with a genuine heart is what accelerated him through life and his career as a Western Colorado ranch expert. He would rather be known for his integrity and work ethic than just another land salesperson. This mentality is manifested through each transaction, one deal at a time, making sure each client is represented at the highest level. Now having taken part in some of the largest transactions in his region, nearing 150 million dollars in transactions since joining the firm in 2018, Reese does not shy away from large and complex transactions. He also has represented generational family ranches, knowing it takes a special touch with these very special pieces of properties. While under it all is the land, above it all are the people, and Reese loves the idea of waking up every day doing what he loves. Reese is adored by his clients as they retain a lifelong relationship with him, even after the transaction, becoming their go-to ‘ranch guy.’
Reese and his wife Alli are heavily invested in the local farm and ranch community, owning and investing in real estate between them personally. They are proud owners of a dynamic guest ranch known as South Rim Ranch. They enjoy spending time in the mountains with their adorable dog, Watson. They love traveling all over the West visiting national parks and exploring new places. They have a passion for the Lord and the local community at large serving their home church. Reese and Alli sit on a mission board that serves Honduras, Africa, the Philippines and multiple other countries and small remote villages along the Amazon River. Reese also sits on the Future Leaders Committee with the National Realtors Land Institute, and the board for Realtors Land Institute Colorado Chapter. He is also an ambassador for the Land Broker Co-op and is a member of multiple wildlife conservation organizations like Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Mule Deer Foundation, and Ducks Unlimited.
Reese and his wife Alli believe in being humble, responsible, and respected stewards of God’s amazing creation we all call home.
