If the maps are updated, you will see over 60 acres of nothing but cover. There are legal easements in the works on each side of the county road on the west side of the property. These will be recorded and will be transferable to the buyer. In the northwest corner of the property, there is potential for some income from a timber harvest. The timber was recently appraised.
