I also taught at the 2009 National Realtors Convention in San Diego. I recruited over 300 new RLI members and numerous RLI sponsors. RLI Annual Land Conference Committee member for Fort Worth Land Convention Developed the first four-hour continuing education course on Land, “Introduction to Land Brokerage” Course 3314, approved by the NC Real Estate Commission on December 28th, 2004. Only Land Instructor in NC Developed the first 4 Hour Land class for the North Carolina Appraisal Board. “Rural Land Valuation Art or Science” First class January 2017 Only Land Instructor. Developed a series of Land videos for public consumption on our website and YouTube 2007 initialized and promoted through Glory Bowman RLI Ex VP adding the specialty “Land” to our Realtors Code of Ethics Article 11. Adopted and included January 2009 2008 the NC RCA Commercial Forms Committee instigated and organized a “Land Information Worksheet.” This approved NC Real Estate Form 502, was approved Jan 2010, has over 78 Land Issues and Observations. It is being submitted to NC Legislation 2017 for a request to be included as a required Land Disclosure Form for all Land transactions in the State of North Carolina. Virginia Association of Realtors has also adopted this form. January 2006 was appointed by Randy Hearst, National Realtors Land Institute 2006 President to the Professional Standards Committee and attended the session in Washington DC May 2006. 2009 RLI National President Candidate From December 2, 2017, to today, I host “Let’s Talk Land” radio show, a weekly one-hour international show called “Free Land Education.” Now, I have over 224 on-hour sows worldwide.
