After working and studying a few years in the veterinary field, an offer to join The Chickering Company was an opportunity he decided was too good to pass up. Licensed as a real estate agent since 1991, and broker since 2001, Terry specializes in unique lake and river properties throughout the West. Dodge Ranch is a well-developed 23,600 +/- acre high-quality organic alfalfa farm and cattle operation. It is located in northeastern California, in Lassen County, northeast of Susanville. The ranch includes a 224,971-acre grazing allotment leased from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The ranch covers approximately 20 square miles, subject to a few private inholdings within the BLM allotment. From old-fashioned family diners to trendy cheese and wine stores, Fall River Mill’s small town appeal is quintessentially quaint. Shasta County maintains its seat in the city of Redding, where almost half of the county’s 182,155 residents live. Redington Ranch

The Redington Ranch is a 15,000-acre winter range ranch that was purchased in the 1970s to expand the cattle operations of William Hewlett and David Packard, the founders of Hewlett Packard Corporation. The partners recognized that the rolling green hills in the winter months and numerous creeks and ponds provided an excellent location for cattle ranching and a beautiful family retreat.
