Managing Broker of Trophy Properties and Auction in Hardin, IL. Cyndi started as a broker in 2015. By 2017, she had her managing broker license and was running the Calhoun Office. Cyndi was born and raised in a farming family in the Pleasant Hill Mississippi River Bottoms. She graduated from Western Illinois University in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education. She furthered her education with a Masters from Univ of Illinois@ Springfield and EDS from William Woods University in 2007. She was a teacher and volleyball coach in the MO/IL school districts. In 2013, Cyndi and her family moved to Calhoun County! She decided to get into real estate in 2015 and has never looked back!! Her specialty is farms and residential properties. She has properties listed for sale in Pike, Calhoun, and Jersey Counties. And, she will accomodate her clients anywhere in the West Central Illinois counties. On January 1, 2020, Cyndi became co-owner of Pike County Real Estate, Inc., and due to the growth and new vision of the company, the plan to change the company name to PCRE Real Estate & Auction, Inc. was born.
