Shana Morgan, ALC

Licensed in multiple states, Shana has experience in several real estate related professions for more than 20 years giving her a well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions. Shana specializes in farm and ranch transactions, using her comprehensive experience to help clients navigate complications which often arise in multifaceted deals. Shana holds a B.S. from the University of Northern Colorado and earned her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2023 through the REALTORS® Land Institute, of the National Association of REALTORS®, joining only a handful of ALC’s in Northern Colorado. Shana has a passion to help others learn and shares her knowledge and expertise teaching real estate related topics including Metro Districts 101 and most recently teaching at the January 2023 RLI Colorado Chapter Continuing Education session, Landowner v. Government, Who Wins? Shana and her husband have four grown children, three of which are active-duty military and veterans of three separate branches of the US Military, and they cherish the moments with their three grandchildren. In their free time they love to explore the world traveling far and near always looking for the next great hiking trail or fly-fishing location with their dog Barry (Bear).
