Adam Moorhead

Adam Moorhead is a real estate broker who specializes in land sales for clients in the northeast Florida area market and throughout the state. His data driven approach is especially valuable for properties that have previously been on the market in excess of a year. He uses a detailed approach to every transaction, maintains exceptional customer service, and carries great dedication to his clients. Adam comes from a Florida family and earned bachelor of engineering degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master of business administration from the University of Miami. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, he served as a civil engineer from 2002 to 2013 in the commercial and heavy industrial design-build industry for various companies, gaining valuable experience working on projects throughout the United States. He is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute of North Florida (ULI). A.
