Dawn Bear was born and raised in Elko County on her family's ranch, The Bear Ranch. She Graduated from Elko High and went on to UNR to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Science in 1995. Dawn has been a licensed Nevada REALTOR in Elko County since 2005.
Dawn has a real passion for selling Real Estate by helping with acquiring the perfect photos and descriptions for the property so it can be marketed the best way possible to help it sell. She also enjoys working with buyers to find the perfect property for their needs.
Dawn has 2 adult children. Both her son, Teren Mitton and daughter, Dea Mitton have became real estate agents, making 4 generations of real estate knowledge.
When Dawn isn't working hard for her clients in the Real Estate, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her children and friends, and searching for her next investment or adventure.

Elko County has always been Dawn's home, but she has become more mobile since the Pandemic and has expanded the business to more of Nevada. She enjoys the remote rural areas the state has to offer. “Wherever her wheels will take her.” is how she rolls. Traveling 2+ hours has become a normal thing for her.
