Description
These tracts are very nice native and improved pastures located in Lipscomb County, Texas. Tract 1 is comprised mostly of improved grassland located adjacent to Texas Highway 15 and County Road 19 allowing ease of access for your livestock needs. Tract 2 is located just North of Tract 1. It is home to a natural drainage area into a pond area which maintains water level in most years, allowing wildlife and livestock excellent habitat year round. The remaining portion of Tract 2 is improved grassland, with one windmill located in the central portion of the tract for good distribution of livestock grazing. This property is easily accessible from FM 1454 and County Road D.
