From 2020 to 2022, reported gross income ranged from $165,000 to $245,000, with some of those earnings recorded prior to pay raises issued in late 2022. The poultry houses are equipped with Rotem controllers, a Total Radio alarm system, brooders, Proterra 52" fans, LED lights, and Ziggity water lines. Solid interior and exterior sidewalls enhance durability and efficiency. The operation runs on LP gas and city water and includes a compost shed for mortality management. The farm also includes a residence, making it a turnkey option for a new grower. With surrounding acreage suitable for livestock, Parker Farm offers the potential for diversified agricultural use.
