The Lone Wolf Ranch

The Lone Wolf Ranch was founded by Dr. Lee and Linda Ragains and has been home to their well-known Texas Longhorn cattle operation. This 226.45± acre ranch is nearly 95% grass pasture with the balance in timber and brushy pasture. On average, this area receives 48” ± rainfall annually and coupled with the 193± day growing season, this ranch can really grow grass at a great stocking rate. The ranch home is 2,694± sqft and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 sitting areas. The home also includes an attached “mother-in-law suite” that includes a bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and direct access to the back patio. Including the mother-in-law suite, the home features a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 sitting areas. Another great asset to the home is the whole-home generator. There is no need to worry about power outages and being hot in the summer or cold in the winter as you will never notice the loss of power.
