Legal Description: The Fractional W 1/2 SW 1/4 except Parcel A and the E 1/2 SW 1/4 and the West 8 acres W 1/2 SE 1/4, all in 19-72-42, Mills County, Iowa. Taxable Acres: 162.77 m/l Cropland Acres: 145.43 per FSA CSR: 76.5 CSR2 per Surety Maps Taxes: $6318 estimated after the acreage that is not included is split from the farm. Improvements: 13,446bu Grain bid. Easements: Seller to retain an easement to the well located in the SW1/4 SW 1/4. Buyer will receive a Power easement for the use of the grain bin.
