RICHART SPRING MERAMEC RIVER CABIN!! This is truley a GEM, The 4 bedroom river cabin was completed in 1932, it backs a gorgeous stone stacked bluff, with sm cave, private and magical. Richart Spring is rock lined with stone steps leading down, flowing over 1,000,000 gallons a day, meanders through property to the Meramec River. At the river you have your own 250 ft beach, and 1500 ft of River Frontage. This stretch of the river is floatable and desirable Red Ribbon Trout Area. From the river it is hard to see the cabin, BUT from the cabin the river view is spectacular! The "sleeping porch" has 2 queen beds for the best sleep of your life. The cabin comes fully furnished. It is a year round cabin as the gorgeous fireplace will keep you warm, as you sip coffee can see for miles. Across river is Conservation protected. Rich history, Indians, gristmill, stone work done by CCC, 1999 Army Corps complete riverbank reinforment, NO DRIVEBYS, MUST HAVE APPOINTMENT AND PREAPPROVAL TO SCHEDULE.
