The interior presents a spacious open-floor plan with a kitchen that features hickory wood cabinetry and GE Energy Star Certified Cafe appliances and connects to the open dining area that leads to a large deck with a dining area and a built-in hot tub. From the deck, a walkway directs you to a lounging area with a fire pit that is situated in a beautiful yard that nearly wraps around the house and also features a small pond. In addition to the house, there are a variety of adjacent quality improvements such as a greenhouse, multiple storage/utility sheds, a barn, lean-tos, and several sets of corrals for livestock operations and hay storage. However, there is potential for more as it is possible to get a second cutting, but the owners use it for pasture.
