Welcome to this exceptional 336 acre property offering endless outdoor recreation. Here on "Andalusia Acres" the word, Andalusia, means "to walk easy" in Spanish. Family and friends enjoy easy walks, and quiet time in the "cedar sanctuary," listening to the Monaghan Creek flow by and the sounds of "Mother Nature" in the air! The owners purchased this beautiful "Up North" property in March 2022 and regretfully are selling due to health reasons.
Land
Pesque Isle County 336 acres featuring “Woods-Water-Wildlife”.
This beautiful property has been a hunting camp since 1958. Clinton Creek Rd. is a county maintained road which dead ends a mile to the North. All of the large parcels are privately owned for many years making this a desirable ownership.
The property features 336 acres of a diverse variety of terrain, woods, water, native bushes and grasses.
The abundance of white oaks, maple, aspen, cedar trees and native bushes, along with the clover and pasture grass food plots provide for great habitat.
The spring fed Monaghan Creek, the spring water hole and cedar swamp make for the ideal ecosystem for all wildlife.
The extensive trails lead around to the 10 established rustic hunting shacks and a newer tower blind that overlooks a food plot and the spring water hole.
Petoskey, Brachiopod, and Horn Coral stones are plentiful throughout the property.
Recreation
Four Season outdoor recreation opportunities for Family and Friends.
Excellent hunting for whitetail deer, turkey, small game and even bears have been seen on this property.
Extensive trail system for the side by side, ATV’s, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
The owners love to explore, hike, cut fire wood, make natural crafts, harvest medicinal plants, ride ATV’s, hunt, and enjoy sugaring in the late winter/early spring. According to a local expert, our trees produce delicious maple syrup and we agree!
Also hunting for fossils such as Petoskeys, Brachiopods, and Horn Corals is enjoyed by the “rockhound” or “stone collector” in the family.
