Two large ponds have also been built on the property that make the fishing on the property all the sweeter. Fishing is not the only thing that make this property unique, it is also ideal for hunting! The wildlife on property is absolutely abundant, with pheasants, turkeys, quail, ducks, geese, doves, deer, and antelope all frequenting the property. Recreation also abounds in the local area. The renowned Flaming Gorge Reservoir is just a short drive away, and is one of the best fishing spots in the state.
