The property includes an 1,850-square-foot bunkhouse featuring seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional storage rooms. This space serves as excellent staff housing. A single well supplies the entire property. It is 600 feet deep and equipped with a 5 hp pump. Each cabin has its own filtration system, ensuring clean water for all occupants.   Recreation Recreational possibilities are endless at this property. The South Fork of the Payette River offers excellent fishing opportunities for trout and mountain whitefish, and is a prime destination for whitewater rafting and kayaking. The surrounding Boise National Forest provides thousands of acres for hunting, camping, hiking, and horseback riding. During winter, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
