The Bronemann Farm is 160 total acres, with 109.3 acres of dry land ground and approximately 31.8 acres in native hay. The farm has a wheat base of 78.90 acres with the remaining acres native grass with a small pond. The farm has primarily been used to raise small grains and native hay. Views of the Black Hills to the west of the property. The Bronemann Farm is located two miles North of Oelrichs, South Dakota on Hwy 79. Hot Springs, South Dakota is 23 miles north, Rapid City, South Dakota is 70 miles north, Chadron, Nebraska is 32 miles south. Angostura Reservoir is 16 miles north of the farm, featuring outdoor water sports such as waterskiing and fishing. Fish include walleye, bass, northern pike, perch, bluegill and crappie. The reservoir covers approximately 4407 acres. Wildlife in the area include Mule Deer, Antelope, Grouse, Ducks, Coyotes, Bobcat, Fox and Pheasants.
