The property offering lies at the southeast corner of the intersection of Veterans Memorial Parkway & Concord Road. Veterans Memorial Parkway is a limited access bypass unifying the northern and southern sections of rapidly growing Tippecanoe County. Concord Road is a well-traveled north south sub-arterial road.
