Holladay Broiler Farms is a 16 house farm that is made up from three separate farms. This farm has two – six house farms and one – four house farm that are located within one mile of each other. The farms grow for Wayne Sanderson – Enterprise Complex growing a 4.65 lb bird. The combined projected gross annual income is $816,000. All of the houses are 40×500 and were built in 2000-2001. In 2022 all of the houses went through major updates. One farm includes a single wide mobile home and the other homes have sites that are suitable for a home.
