Located in Huerfano County which is an OTC GMU (85). This property is accessed via a gravel road which also doubles as the Northern Boundary. The Southern Boundary is a dyke wall, and the SE corner can be seen in the pictures represented by a white PVC pipe. The property has a good mix of oak brush and meadows providing ample bedding and grazing areas for the wildlife.
