Rare vacant parcel of land in the vicinity of the Point Driftwood community in the Stadley Rough area of Danbury. Although not a fully approved lot, a completed feasibility report completed by R.J. Gallagher, Jr & Associates, PE along with the results of 3 deep test holes and 1 percolation test hole was conducted between 6/2/21 & 6/25/21 along with soil testing seemed to indicate that a 2-3 bedroom septic system along with the required 100% reserve requirement on the lot was feasible.
