The OW Headquarters

The OW Headquarters is the heart of the of the OW Ranch and the Kendrick Cattle Company, perhaps the most famous of the cattle empires created in the late 1800s in the Sheridan, Wyoming area. The OW HQ operates includes nearly 20,000+/- total acres, of which 11,539+/- ± is well-blocked and deeded. Grazing units are comprised of foothills range with scattered timber complemented by protected meadows in the surrounding valleys. Significant wildlife resources include deer, elk, antelope, black bear and upland birds. The historic buildgins built at the turn of the 19th century are are useful today as they were for the Kendrick Cowboys. Located just an hour from the western town of Sheridan, Wyoming where remenants of the Kendrick era have named the golf course, musuem, and city park. Sheridan, Wyoming, providing commercial air service, fine dining, shopping, arts, and medical facilities. Arriving at the OW you feel the life of the cattleman as everything has been done on horseback since it was homesteaded.
