Middlebrook 200 The Middlebrook farm is located just to the southeast of O'brien TX and consists of 200 acre of Sandy loam farmland in an area that is known to produce good yields and has been very well maintained. The current tenants who operate the farm are very meticulous about keeping the farm and the water wells in good condition and have consistently produced quality yields!
