Pilot Mountain Lake is a 1,645-acre tract that borders over 340,000 acres of the Ouachita National Forest. Nestled in the middle of the tract is a 22-acre lake built in the 1960s as part of the Poteau River Watershed Project. Square Rock Creek runs the length of the property from east to west and serves as a feeder system to the lake. This property offers many recreational opportunities.

This tract is primarily pine timber with a good mix of hardwoods. Access to this property is incredible, with a county-maintained gravel road serving as the northern border of the tract. A main transmission line spits the property from north to south, offering incredible access to interior logging roads.
