This farm has four houses that were built in 2003 and 2004 and are 42x500. The farm is currently contracted with Cal Maine Foods. Cal Maine has a company owned farm and egg facility near DenMar Farm in Bethune, SC. The farm has 60+/- acres which includes several great sites for a home, open land, and part of a pond is on the property. The farm had a gross income in 2022 of $323,000. The farm can have a placement of up to 15,000 hens per house. The birds can access outside the houses into a cage area. Birds are allowed outside when bio security restrictions allow. There are multiple home sites on the farm where someone can set up a home on the farm.
