The Bell Brand Ranch is located sixty miles northwest of Wells, Nevada – a classic Nevada town along Interstate 80 in Elko County, Nevada. The Ranch is accessed from State Highway 93 and a gravel County road traveling west from Highway 93.
Approximately 7,904 deeded acres in two historic units known as the Sun Creek Unit and the Gilmer Unit each with its own full set of improvements. The Ranch's topography is mild to moderately sloping and undulating with meadow areas that are generally level. The Ranch has quality grass and its irrigated meadow ground is approximately 1,476 acres. Numerous creeks and springs flow through the Ranch. Also, the Ranch is graced by diverse foliage. There are many beautiful views of the Jarbidge Mountain Range from the Ranch – including the nearly 11,000-foot Matterhorn that provides a stunning backdrop to the West.
