Whitetail Farm is located in McPherson County, Nebraska, and consists of 2,080 ± deeded acres and offers ten irrigated center-pivots covering 1,309± certified irrigated acres and are supported by the world’s second-largest aquifer, which is a highly valued natural resource underlying nearly all of Nebraska. All the irrigation wells are high-volume producing with very little drawdown and no pumping restrictions. Whitetail Farm provides a strong return to the investor with corn, soybean, and alfalfa production among the best in the area.
