79 acres of raw land located in northern Caldwell Parish. The timber was cut in 2016, but there is still some timber on it, and what they cut has naturally regenerated back. The terrain is rolling hills that have Olla - Cadeville soils. This tract sits a mile east of Hwy. 846 and one-half miles west of the Ouachita River. The timber that has regenerated is thick and makes an excellent bedding area for deer. This area is known to have deer, turkeys, and hogs. Woods surround this tract for miles, and wildlife could come from any direction. There isn't deeded access to this tract, but Weyerhaeuser Timber Company has roads leading directly to it.
