Best Rock Mine

The Best Rock Mine is located in the heart of the Western Colorado growth corridor in the eclectic town of Delta. Located just off Highway 50 between the rapidly expanding cities of Grand Junction and Montrose, the operation lies in the perfect service location. The Union Pacific Railroad borders the property for 1.1 miles and has a commercial crossing already in place, with the potential for a future rail spur. The mine contains an estimated eight to ten million tons of available high quality aggregate. Mining operations broke ground in the Spring of 2024 and are fully operational. The Colorado Mining Permit allows for very lucrative cement and asphalt batch plants to be operated on site.
