This tract is a must-see located just a couple miles north of Waldron, Arkansas. Land Encompassing 760+/- acres, Packsaddle Creek has in incredible amount of water flow from the multiple creeks and springs that run throughout this property.  Arguable, this tract has the finer old growth stands of Pine timber in the area and also offers numerous recreational opportunities.  The fertile soil in the lower areas would make great pasture ground or food plot areas with some clearing.  A series of trails runs throughout not only give great access to the property, but also allow for miles of trail riding pleasure.
