Jared Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of a real estate
franchise, Keller Williams Westland Realty, in Fresno, California. As a third-generation REALTOR® and licensed for nearly 22 years, Martin has closed more than 1,650 real estate transactions (residential, residential multi family, agricultural, office and retail) during that time span.
Martin is a member of the Board of Directors at FFB Bank, a leading Commercial and SBA Lender in California’s Central Valley. As Vice Chairman, he currently serves on the bank’s Governance and Directors’ Loan Committees.
Active in organized real estate, Martin currently serves as Chairman on the California
Association of REALTORS®’ (C.A.R.) Real Estate Business Services Board of Directors. He most recently served as C.A.R. President in 2019 and C.A.R. President-elect in 2018. He also served as its Treasurer in 2016 and 2017 and has served in numerous other leadership positions for his local, state, and national associations of REALTORS®.
Seasoned in the discipline of commercial and investment real estate, Martin earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He is an active investor in office, single-family, and multifamily real estate and is a member of the California Apartment Association. Martin also is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Committed to his local community, Martin previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Clovis Schools (2010-2022). He is an Alumni of California State University Fresno's, Sid Craig School of Business.
