Tim Gangl

Tim has been selling land and agricultural properties in Minnesota since early 2020 as part of a farmland brokerage team with a 50-year history in land sales, land auctions, land management, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges throughout the country. In 2024, this group joined Peoples Company and Tim is enthusiastically moving forward in his journey in land brokerage and land auctions, and is excited to be an integral part of the Peoples Company Minnesota team. Tim started his professional life in the transportation industry ultimately owning a transportation brokerage and trucking company. Eventually selling that company he started an aftermarket auto parts business that is now being operated by his two sons. Tim has always had an interest in real estate, particularly land. With his sons taking over the auto parts business he had an opportunity to pursue that interest, and it has been more fulfilling than he dreamed. Tim learned early on that a career in sales is not as much about selling as it is about service and relationships. He recognizes and values the trust placed in him by his clients and strives to exceed their expectations. His goal is to make his clients buying or selling process as stress-free as possible. Tim and his wife Patti live on their 80-acre farm north of Mantorville, Minnesota where they raised their two boys. He enjoys old cars, old tractors, and old heavy trucks, but mostly spending time with his family. He loves the simple life but is strong enough to handle the difficulties it throws at him. Tim learned early on that a career in sales is not as much about selling as it is about service. He recognizes and values the trust you place in him and will strive to exceed your expectations. Tim works hard to build and maintain relationships by being on time, consulting with you, being honest, negotiating for you, and handling the details. He takes care of his clients, whether you have a question or a concern, you can count on Tim to take your call at anytime, day or night. Bottom line is he wants to get the job done properly and make the buying and selling process easy and stress free for you. Tim and his wife and their two boys live in the country, just north of Mantorville. Selling land and rural properties is where he is most comfortable. Tim relates best to country and small town people.
