Kathy is the current president-elect of the Missouri Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) and has served as secretary, president elect, president, and past president. Kathy has also served on the RLI National Education Committee for the past five years. Serving in this capacity gives Kathy a unique opportunity to stay abreast of this ever-changing industry. She also serves on her local MLS board as a Local Director.
Kathy is a member of KW Land, which is one of the largest national land divisions, is a member of the American Farm Managers and rural Appraisers, Missouri Cattlemen's Association, National Cattlemen's Association, Missouri Association of Meat Processors and the American Association of Meat Processors.
Kathy and her husband Pete reside in Putnam County where they have a small cattle operation and own and operate a small meat processing facility. Although Kathy grew up in Urbandale, Iowa, she was taught at an early age the love of the outdoors and the love of the land. Kathy raised two children in Adel, Iowa and now has the pleasure of 5 grandchildren residing in rural Iowa and rural Minnesota. Kathy’s family has owned and enjoyed property at Lake Thunderhead for over 30 years. Her knowledge and passion for the Lake have served her clients well.
